糖霜餅乾基礎班 Basic Level Royal Icing Cookie Course

如何烤培出適合畫糖霜的餅乾體?如何調製出美麗繽紛的糖霜?任何花俏華麗的各種裝飾技巧手法,都必須建立在最扎實的基本功之上,課程時數6小時起從麵粉開始,完整流程課程,無論你是完全沒有經驗的新手,或是自己在家中製作遇到不知原因的疑難雜症,基礎班扎實的課程都是非常適合您的選擇。

Rome wasn’t built in a day. Starting from scraps, then work your way up from a solid foundation of basic royal icing skills.Start from this level when you wish to make simply adorable icing cookies.How to bake cookies that are most suitable for decorating icings on top? How to make icings that are both extravagant and colorful? For every meticulous beautiful icing decorations, basic skill methods and solid fundamental practices are required.

Basic level course requires at least 6 hours of time, during which we will go through the following:

- cookie recipe suitable royal icing is provided

- royal icing recipe suitable for decorating on cookies is provided

- ingredients choices and selection

- each person will make his/her cookie dough using proper methods

- useful pressing, cutting, and baking methods for perfect cookie

- demonstration of making royal icing

- determining and changing the consistency of royal icing

- adding colors into royal icing, color additive selection, choice, and techniques

- basic royal icing decorating techniques

- additional hands-on experiences will be shared

 

Whether you have zero experience with Royal icing or whether there are questions and problems you’ve encountered when you make icing cookies at home which left you clueless, this solid practical course perfectly suits your needs.
