Enhancing techniques to expand the scope of royal icing decorations.
Focus on enhancing different types of decorating techniques. Each course includes different sets of skills and techniques. Choose the ones which meet your needs. The more techniques you learnt, the more possibilities and options when you design your own work in sugar crafts. More range of techniques helps you to explore deeper and wider innovative aspects of decorative sugar arts. These courses are suitable for those who have some basic experiences with royal icing. Some intermediate level courses also welcome those without any royal icing experience but have a passion, persistence and endurance.

加分配角水滴、葉子、蕾絲的製作
濕式拉花
腮紅效果、花朵自然漸層染色技巧
五瓣花擠花與適合擠花的糖霜狀態判斷

Course Duration: 8 hours and up. Single Day Full-Day Course.
People with zero experience in sugar decorations are welcome to attend this course.
If you wish to have punched holes for the cookies, please state your preference while registering for this course.
After the course finish, you will bring home eight completed cookie decorations, a gift box, a paper bag, a red anti-drooling ribbon, an anti-drooling guide..
Course Content:
- different applications and shape changing variations for cookie molds.
- wooden effect technique
- tear drop, leaf, lace techniques
- wet-on-wet technique
- brushing technique, natural gradient floral color effect
- piping 5 petal-flower and determining the consistency suitable for piping flowers.F
or this intermediate level course, royal icings and cookies will be prepared beforehand, recipes will not be provided.
