糖霜餅乾高階班 - Advanced Level Royal Icing Cookie Course
An upscale level of Royal Icing cookie decoration in which focus on enhancing techniques and skills to more in-depth and broadening its scope of possibilities.
With the decorating skills learned previously in basic and intermediate level courses, and with much more detailed methods, to represent a Royal Icing cookie that is much more meticulously and delicately designed.
Adding more elements, original ideas and ingredients into Royal Icing cookies decorations thus creates another new innovative path to new possibilities. Eventually completing the cookie piece that's out of the ordinaries which you can bring it home and take a look every now and then or even taste the cookie art of your own.
To be eligible to participate in this level, you must have some experiences with Royal Icing. Not suitable for beginners.
Patience and passion are required.
Recipes of cookies will NOT be provided. The cookies and Royal Icings will be prepared before the course commence. Decorating the cookies is the main focus during the course session.

Two methods of transparency effect
Positioning method on transparent surface
Smooth and non-eroding surface metal effect
Retro glossy metallic effect
The golden color does not fall off and does not fade
Flat Royal icing components
Curved Royal icing components, three multi-angle methods, including Royal icing three-dimensional crown and bow-knot
Application of sand sugar and sugar beads
Overpiping and piping tip application
Determining and applying various consistencies of Royal icing
One single piece of finished work to bring home: The red-coloured cookie will be used and demonstrated during course session.
For this advanced-level course, cookies and icings will be prepare beforehand. Recipes will not be provided.
To be eligible to register and participate in this course, you must have basic or some experiences working with Royal Icing previously.
