不適合無糖霜相關經驗的學習對象,報名參加需具備糖霜基礎技巧

餅乾及糖霜配方將不提供,餅乾體及糖霜會在課前備至完成,內容專注在餅乾裝飾的製作

An upscale level of Royal Icing cookie decoration in which focus on enhancing techniques and skills to more in-depth and broadening its scope of possibilities.
With the decorating skills learned previously in basic and intermediate level courses, and with much more detailed methods, to represent a Royal Icing cookie that is much more meticulously and delicately designed.
Adding more elements, original ideas and ingredients into Royal Icing cookies decorations thus creates another new innovative path to new possibilities. Eventually completing the cookie piece that's out of the ordinaries which you can bring it home and take a look every now and then or even taste the cookie art of your own.

 

To be eligible to participate in this level, you must have some experiences with Royal Icing. Not suitable for beginners.
Patience and passion are required. 
​Recipes of cookies and Royal Icing will NOT be provided. The cookies and Royal Icings will be prepared before the course commence. Decorating the cookies is the main focus during the course session.

小確幸初期就完成的經典白色高雅設計,與許多業界高手與老師們的結緣就是從這一堂開始

糖霜餅乾作品一定要繽紛的顏色襯托才能夠可愛漂亮嗎? 完全無添加任何色素,只使用糖的原色 -「白」為出發裡念所設計的作品。運用幾何設計、各種裝飾手法與堆疊,光與影、灰與白的交錯與變化,就算只有最單純的白色,也能夠自成一格獨自優雅複雜的立體作品。所有零件都須製作得平整精準,接縫之間才能達到完美無誤差,所有細節與步驟帶領示範與實作。

White Waltz was one of the original courses at Le Petit Bonheur. It’s designed with monotone elegance, simple yet classy white.  Our instructor Rachel had the honor to share her experiences and knowledge through this particular course with many instructors and skilled and talented sugar artists in Taiwan when we first started this business.  

Must Royal Icing Cookies decorated with abundant varieties of colors? Here's an alternative choice. No coloring additive elements are added, simply adopted from the original color of sugar, WHITE, is the main idea of design. Using geometric patterns, different decorative technique, stacking techniques, mixing and matching light and shadow, grey and white, enabling a uniquely elegantly designed work-pieces in its white-colored simplicity.  All components must be even and precise, thus perfecting with flawless positions and spaces in between every components.  All detailed steps and methods will be demonstrated and implemented by each individual.

Sugar beads applications.

Run-out off-pieces and its stacking techniques

Over-piping

Royal lily

Arc-shaped diamonds

Jewelry box

Apple Flower

Daisy Flower

Laces

3-Dimensional suspended floating hollow effect technique

5 pieces of cookie will be completed and framed into a glass photo frame to bring home with packaging. Detailed preservation and storage precautions will be explained during session. 

For this advanced level course, royal icings and cookies will be prepared beforehand, recipes will NOT be provided.

People with some experience in Royal Icing are welcome to attend this course.
